Business Development Representative

IntelliGRC is on a mission to redefine GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) for today’s organizations. We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s passionate about relationship-building and prospecting and is AI-savvy, leveraging cutting-edge tools to engage targeted leads—not just casting a wide net.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification
    • AI-Augmented Outreach: Utilize AI-powered prospecting tools and data analytics to identify, prioritize, and tailor outreach to high-potential leads—especially MSPs and mid-to-enterprise organizations needing GRC solutions.
    • Conduct initial discovery calls and engagement, uncovering and matching core pain points to IntelliGRC’s value proposition.
  2. Targeted Pipeline Management
    • High-Touch Approach: Keep precise records of prospect interactions in HubSpot and maintain a highly organized pipeline.
    • Leverage AI-based lead scoring and predictive analytics to refine follow-up priorities, ensuring timely next steps and meaningful engagements.
  3. Outbound Campaign Execution
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to design niche outbound campaigns (personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, calls) that resonate with specific buyer personas.
    • Integrate AI-driven personalization into messaging—ensuring even at scale, prospects receive a relevant, human touch.
  4. Conference & Event Follow-Up
    • After conferences, webinars, or partner events, rapidly initiate personalized follow-ups.
    • Book demos and warm handoffs for our Account Managers, ensuring prospects feel supported and informed from their first interaction onward.
  5. Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • You’ll be tracked on conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and average lead response time in HubSpot.
    • Regularly use AI insights (e.g., recommended messaging, best contact times) to refine outreach strategies and continuously enhance our approach.

  • Collaborative & Adaptable: You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Product, and Sales—to gather feedback and pivot your approach as needed.

Preferred Background

  • 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • HubSpot mastery (or similar CRM) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and analytics.
  • AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-based prospecting or analytics tools is a major plus—if you’re excited about ChatGPT or automating lead research, this is the place for you.
  • Comfort working with MSPs or channel partners is a bonus—mainly if you’ve engaged in solutions that align with Cybersecurity or compliance.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required if you’ve got the right experience and drive.

Partner and Brand Marketing Specialist

At IntelliGRC, we deliver cutting-edge governance, risk management, and compliance solutions through our SaaS platform. We are seeking a Partner and Brand Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing and communications efforts, with our website and digital presence an important part of how we tell that story.

Position Overview

The IntelliGRC Team is looking for a Partner and Brand Marketing Specialist to help promote our B2B offerings, increase awareness, and reach clients who can benefit from our solutions. This role helps keep our website fresh and discoverable, supporting the content that lives there, the search performance that brings people to it, and the blog program that gives them a reason to stay. Our ideal candidate pairs extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive understanding of branding with fluency in modern AI tools that accelerate content creation, optimization, and analysis, and can effectively collaborate with team members and partners on joint marketing efforts to establish and achieve shared marketing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Champion communication, marketing, and publicity efforts to maintain a positive public image and develop materials that align with the brand's messaging and visual guidelines.
  • Write, review, and edit blog content and case studies that translate customer outcomes and product capabilities into compelling narratives, using AI tools to draft and refine while collaborating with internal teams and partners.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation, tracking, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Own the day-to-day upkeep of the IntelliGRC website, keeping pages current, accurate, and on-brand, and using AI-assisted tools to publish and refresh content efficiently.
  • Support SEO across the website and blog—researching keywords, optimizing on-page content, and improving rankings on major search networks, leveraging AI tools to scale keyword and content analysis.
  • Assist Partners in planning and hosting industry events.
  • Collaborate with channel and technology partners on joint marketing initiatives—co-branded campaigns, content, and events—that expand reach and generate demand for both organizations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Extensive experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, website content management, social media content, public relations, and tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Canva, along with hands-on use of AI tools for content creation and optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with website platforms and content management systems (e.g., Webflow), HTML/CSS/JS, SEO and analytics tools, AI-assisted content and copywriting tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Microsoft Office 365, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and/or Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in technology or highly regulated industries, preferably in cybersecurity or compliance.
  • Tools: Proficiency with website content management systems, SEO and analytics platforms, AI content tools, and design software like Adobe InDesign and Canva.
  • Compliance and SaaS: Experience with compliance and SaaS software is highly desirable.
  • Learning: Willingness to acquire further education in industry-related topics, including emerging AI tools, web development, and SEO practices.
